Pros and cons of sports in our life
Today it is difficult to imagine our life without sport. Sport is a great way to stay fit and healthy, to be strong and happy. It is popular among young and old people. Many people do morning exercises, jog in the morning and train themselves in clubs, in different sections and take part in sport competitions.
On the other hand, sport is very traumatic. There is always a risk of being injured. Even professionals get injured, despite having done these exercises hundreds of times.
Sport makes our life more interesting. The number of places where you can go in for sports is endless and making new friends are endless, too. Sport teaches us big lessons for life. Most sports involve teamwork and teach us how to get along with others, how to work together to achieve a common goal. People join fitness clubs, visit swimming pools and even go to parks to do some outdoor yoga, for example.
But not all types of sport are cheap. There are sports that can be very expensive, like golf, yachting, mountain bikes or fitness with coaches.
Sport stimulates brain activity. After doing sport people are more concentrated while doing some work. They are more stable mentally and emotionally they are focused on their work.
However, sport became a big advertisement nowadays. Some sportsmen do sport only for money and fame. Due to the great competition, many athletes take drugs and ruin their health.
Children and grown-ups must take care of their health and do morning exercises regularly.
